I understand the no show deposit is a refundable $100 deposit required to secure my program's spot in the event. Registration is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be refunded in full once my program participates in the scheduled event as agreed. If my program cancels within 24 hours of scheduled game times, fails to appear, arrives excessively late, or otherwise prevents scheduled play, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
Due to the large number of special requests received each week Free Tournament charges a $20 fee PER TEAM for special requests. If you need a special time or accommodation request please write in your special request. We will then GUARANTEE your request will be filled or you will receive your $20 fee back. If you write in a special request without paying for it your request is NOT guaranteed. First come first serve on special requests. If we cannot meet your special request your $20 will be refunded but you will still be registered and scheduled for the tournament. (Each special request is $20, for example if you want to play in the morning and no back to back games that is 2 requests).
