Description

The Next Generation Basketball League (NGBL) Winter season will commence on February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, March 1st, and 8th. The playoffs will be held on March 15th and 22nd, culminating in the championship game on March 22nd. Following the conclusion of the Spring season, which will conclude on Sunday, March 29th, we will host an All-Star game for each division. The first-place team will select four players, while the second-place team will choose three players. The third and fourth-place teams will each select one player Please note the following game rules: - Arrive at least 15 minutes before the game starts. - Each player is allowed 6 fouls. - Each half is 18 minutes long, and the last two minutes will be stopped if the game is under 10 points. - The scoreboard keeper will check each player’s grade to determine the correct division.

General Information

To ensure fair competition, we will divide the teams into gold and bronze divisions based on grade level. Please inform us about the grade level of your team. If your team wins the first game by a significant margin, they will automatically advance to the gold division.

Teams participating in the NGBL Winter season include:

- 10u
- 11u
- 12u
- 13u
- 14u
- 15u
- High School (HS)

The schedule will be posted online on Wednesday and emailed to all teams.

Jr. NBA Member

The Jr. NBA is the official youth basketball participation program of the NBA. The Jr. NBA includes a free, membership-based program for existing youth basketball leagues/organizations. The membership is to help encourage and support youth basketball participation at the grassroots level and improve the overall youth basketball experience for all participants. The Jr. NBA aims to develop a lifelong passion for the game of basketball in boys and girls ages 6-14 by teaching them the fundamentals of the sport while instilling core values including teamwork, respect and sportsmanship.
