I am a high school coach at a WIAA member high school I will be coaching my high school team in the June Jam (or an assistant coach currently on the high school staff) I understand that I will be using 2 of my 5 Summer contact Days to coach in this tournament I understand that only WIAA eligible players are allowed to compete (rising 9th – 12th graders) I certify that no member of our team or staff has been found guilty or pleaded guilty in a court of law to a felony or for having been involved in sports bribery, point shaving or game fixing I understand that a full team roster must be submitted to the WIAA by June 1
