PVBL - ALL 4 Love Tournament 3T Gold

Good Morning,

The schedules have been loaded for the All 4 Love Tournament. We tried our best and think we were successful in meeting all of the scheduling requests. Please make sure to review your schedules for errors. Schedules are accessible via the exposure event ap or via the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/261631/pvbl-all-4-love-tournament/schedule. Unless there are errors or emergencies, we think this will be the final draft. We appreceiate everyone's patience.

Please note the following:
- Coaches are responsible, for their staff, team, and spectators
- Coaches must pick up there weekend bands on the first day. (Only 2 coaches per team)
- Players must be wearing there uniforms in order to enter
- Spectator Fee is $20/day or $30/weekend. Children 8 and under are Free.
- No loitering, ball playing, or fooling around in the halls!
- Gaithersburg M.S. and Martin Luther King Jr. Gyms will be available no earlier than 8:45 a.m. on each morning
- Roberto Clemente M.S. Gym will be available no earlier than 12:45 p.m. on each day
- Watkins Mill H.S. and Clarksburg H.S. Gyms will be available no earlier than 10:45 a.m. on each morning
- We would appreciate it the coaches kept all of the basketballs under their control.
- We will have light concessions for the weekend, but their are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
- A link will be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to complete the rosters online.
- Coaches are responsible for their assistant coaches, specators, and players

The stats will be updated during the day, but on Saturday, no later than 9:30 pm.

Thank you for joining our annual All 4 Love Tournament. Primary comunications will come out in this form. We will keep you updated as changes occur or of any information that you need to know!

The 1st draft of Saturday's schedule will be available by Wednesday February 11, 2026 @ 12:00 pm. We are doing our best to get all of your scheduling requests in there as best we can. If you do find an error in the schedule, please email info@pvbl.org. We will be working on updates and Sunday's draft schedule and expect to have the draft out no later than Thursday morning. The schedule will be available via the Exposure Events App or via the link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/261631/pvbl-all-4-love-tournament/schedule.

Many games will be taped! Attached are the rules a copy of them will be available to vew on the table as well.
