Good Evening,

The link to update your team Rosters have been sent out to the primary contact onfile. This will allow you to have your rosters preprinted when you arrive. Only information requested for the Roster is Coaches info and Players # and Name. We do not require any personal information. The head coach or administrator is responsible for having all proof of age / grade should a request be made.

Please note that the head coach should still verify all rosters prior to each game.

Also, please remember that all schedule and scoring update can be located on teh exposure events ap, or via the web using the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/261640/pvbl-dmv-intercounty-tournament/schedule. All Scoring, and updated will be available on the link. If you should have any questions and/or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@pvbl.org.

All Saturday scores will be up no later than Saturday at 9:00 pm. Please note that any slight changes to Sunday's games will be done at that time, to handle conflicts as well as updates for bracket play purposes for the teams that do have brackets.

We are currently replaciong some teams who have failed to register properly with waiting list teams, but it will not change any schedules at this point.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for joining our annual DMV InterCounty Tournament. Primary communications will come out in this form. We will keep you updated as changes occur or of any information that you need to know!

The 1st draft of Saturday's schedule will be available no later than Wednesday April 7, 2026 @ 12:00 pm. If you do find an error in the schedule, please email info@pvbl.org. Only teams that are completely registered will show on the schedule at that point. We have done our best to meet everyone’s scheduling requests. We will be working on updates and Sunday's draft schedule today. The schedule will be available via the Exposure Events App or via the link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/261640/pvbl-dmv-intercounty-tournament/schedule All of the updated scores will be posted there accordingly!

Many games will be taped! Attached are the rules a copy of them will be available to view on the table as well.

Please note the following:
Coaches are responsible for their staff, team, and spectators.
· Coaches, please double check the books score prior to leaving and check to make sure you are looking at your schedule correctly.
· Coaches must pick up their weekend bands on the first day. (Only 2 coaches per team)
· Coaches should have the Player proof of grade/age available (Report Card, Birth Certificate, School ID.. etc.)
· Coaches are required to walk with their First Aid Kits accordingly
· Players must be wearing their uniforms in order to enter
· Spectator Fee is $20 per Day or $30 for the weekend (Kids 8 and under are Free) - Payment Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, & PayPal (NO CREDIT CARDS)
· Gaithersburg M.S. and Forest Oaks M.S. will be available no earlier than 8:45 a.m. on each morning (Please do not enter gyms prior to as we will be setting up)
· We would appreciate it if the coaches kept all basketballs under their control.
· We will have light concessions for the weekend, but there are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
· A link wil be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to complete the rosters online.
· Site Managers will be located at the main table in each gym
· Only Coaches should be on the Bench. Parents should be in the stands!
· No loitering or ball playing in the halls
· Please clean up the benches and move immediately after your games.
· Any Challenge or question of Grade or Age must be handled prior to the game.

Trophy distribution on Sunday accordingly in the designated area after the last game of each division. (More information will be sent on Saturday night for this). Sunday updated schedules for any teams that are in a bracket will be updated when the games are finished on Saturday and no later than 9:00 pm on Saturday.

During the tournament, for non-life critical emergencies, please text (240) 654-5840, because signal sometimes isn’t good and a phone call may not get through!

Good Morning,

I like to thank all of the teams, coaches, staff, parents, players, and spectators who participated this weekend and made the tournament a success. There were a lot of great games. The end results are in though. The Champions by divisions are as follows:

DC Blue Devels (4th Grade Boys)
Team Klutch (6th Grade Boys)
Undetermined due to DQ (7th Grade Boys)
Chosen Warriors (HS Boys)
Blue Lobster (7/8 Girls)
