We had to make a few changes to the schedule this morning. We do apologize, but we did leave some games out and that has been corrected. We did have a team drop this morning from the 8th grade boys division. Please review your game times. We will see you guys on Saturday!

HSSE is very excited to be back in the gym! We do apologize for the delay. We wanted to let as many teams in as we could. Thank you all for playing with us this weekend.
Please review the following information on your games and rules for the venue.

Game Time at The Grounds
300 Champions Drive
Cabot, AR 72023
This venue is best accessed from Exit 21 on the new I-57. Once off the exit, go left over the bridge and you will see the sign.
Please note there is construction all through Jacksonville in Cabot. Please allow time for traffic and slow downs.
The Grounds do offer conessions and they accept CARDS ONLY.

Gate fees:
Saturday $15 ages 6 and up
Ages 5 and under are free.
We accept cash, CashApp, credit, and debit cards at the gate.

Please review the following information.
NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site and accept cards only.

!!!!ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!
We hope to run on time, however, sometimes we are ahead. Also, if you leave, please stay close by the venue so if games do run a little ahead, you can arrive back at the venue quickly. We will not start games more than 15 before the scheduled game time.

All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue both days. You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names. If you have not listed the correct coaches, please email the info to HSSEbasketball@gmail.com and I will correct it for you.

PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy.
ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS RULE. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the 1st game both days.
