Calling out a couple rules specifically:

Running Clock: Running clock until the final 2 minutes of the second half. The clock will then stop on free throws and dead balls. (This one is new and is a result of consistent feedback from coaches)

Tie breakers: Any tiebreaker situations will be decisioned in the following format and automatically calculated by Exposure: Head to head, fewest points allowed in all games, point differential capped at 15, coin toss. This includes instances of determining seeding for championships when applicable. Example, if the bracket championship is 1 seed vs 1 seed.
(This is not a new rule.)

Conduct of Participants: Unsportsmanlike conduct on the part of players, coaches or spectators will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the tournament. Coaches will be held responsible for their players & spectators. Any coach, player or spectator exhibiting unacceptable behavior towards others, including unacceptable behavior toward Event Staff, will be removed from the premises without reimbursement and unable to attend future events hosted by the event organizers in any city/state. Failure to leave the property when told will result in a call to the police for trespassing. We will have a functional event and environment for youth and athletes to thrive in. ***Strictly enforced***

Gym Opening Time: Doors will open at 7:10am.

Game Times: First games will start at 7:50am. Event staff/officials will not hold starting any games and will result in forfeits if teams aren't ready to play. The event is sold out and staying on time is critical.

! Please make sure your teams are in the gym and ready to play 30 minutes prior to game times throughout the day to avoid forfeits. We have a full sold out event and will start games early if we run ahead.

Admission:
Cash Only
Adults : $20.
Students: $5 ages 6-18. Ages 5 under are free.

**Children can and will be asked by staff for their parent/guardian to verify what team they play on, asked jersey number, show jersey, etc if its believed they may actually be a spectator but have said they are a player. This is due to incidents at recent events.

Wristbands must be worn on wrists at all times (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please understand you will have to pay again if no band is on your wrist. No refunds will be provided for any reason. I will be unable to respond to any requests for band refunds at the event or after via email etc.

Day of Event Assistance: Coaches, if you need assistance the day of the event, Admissions Staff will assist and they will engage me or other staff if needed.

I will be unable to be reached by phone or email. Admissions will use our internal Staff communicator system to reach me or other onsite event directors.

Food/Drinks:
No outside food and drinks will be permitted inside including large/togo cups due to several large spills in the gyms recently. Concessions will be available onsite. A player's sports bottle is allowed. The facility is requiring that any offenders of this rule be removed from the event.

Game Locations:
Please check your schedule for the gym locations, addresses, court assignments for each game. We are using multiple facilities.

PARKING: There is no charge to park. Please do not double park or park where event staff has informed to not park. This will result in facilities towing your vehicle at your expense. Park on the curb/grass area in the parking lot etc also = towed by the facility.

This is going to be strongly enforced by the facility. They will tow your car at your expense.

The Performance Sportsplex parking lot is shared with the pickleball facility and they have their spaces blocked off. You will be towed if you park where its blocked off.

At the Performance Sportsplex there is an additional lot if the main lot is full. Staff will assist you in locating, follow the staff. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to the facility's parking policy.

Please conduct yourselves in a respectful manner toward the other teams, Staff, fans and the officials. Failure to do so will result in removal and inability to attend our future events at in any city/state. Improper conduct will result in immediate removal from the tournament without refund!

Please practice good sportsmanship and set an example. The kids are watching you!

I resent roster links for everyone to check rosters. Rosters are due in a final version by Thursday, not Friday.

This is for all teams double check to make sure your rosters are correct or to the enter them for the first time if you haven't.

Rosters require coaches first and last name / player first and last name and number. If your roster is correct in the system, there is nothing for you to do :)

As a reminder, any player not on your roster, with the correct jersey number, by Thursday, will be unable to play.

Event staff will be keeping the official books for the event and direction has been given to not alter the rosters I provide them in any way.

I will be unable to respond to any roster changes requests at the event Saturday.

Home team can sit at the table optionally to keep a personal team book if choose to do so.

Up to 2 coaches bands will be provided per team. Those receiving coach bands will need to be on the bench during games, not on the spectator bleaches.

Failure to adhere to the coaches bands policy will result in paying for a spectator band, or being removed.

If you have more than 2 coaches they can be on the bench, but only up to 2 bands will be provided at no cost.
