Welcome to Be Someone Sports (“BSS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering, participating, or accessing any of our programs, websites, or events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration. 1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for or participating in a Be Someone Sports program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. Parents or guardians registering minors agree to these terms on behalf of their child. 2. Registration & Payment Registration is not complete until full payment is received. All fees are non-refundable once teams are formed. Late registrations may be subject to additional fees and limited placement availability. Be Someone Sports reserves the right to deny or cancel participation for incomplete, inaccurate, or false registration information. 3. Player Placement & Team Formation Team placements are made at the discretion of Be Someone Sports staff. Requests for specific coaches or teammates are not guaranteed. Once teams are formed, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued. Be Someone Sports reserves the right to reassign players, adjust divisions, or modify schedules as needed. 4. Code of Conduct All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and positive behavior at all times. Unacceptable behavior—including verbal abuse, fighting, or harassment of referees, coaches, or other participants—may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund. 5. Assumption of Risk Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including injury. By registering, participants (and their parents/guardians) acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Be Someone Sports, its staff, and partners harmless from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur. 6. Medical Authorization In the event of an injury or emergency, you authorize Be Someone Sports staff or volunteers to seek appropriate medical care for your child if you are not present or reachable. You are responsible for any related medical expenses. 7. Uniforms & Equipment All uniforms are custom-made and non-refundable once ordered. Players must wear approved uniforms during games and comply with league safety standards. Be Someone Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal equipment. 8. Media & Photography Release By participating, you grant Be Someone Sports permission to use photographs, videos, and likenesses of athletes for promotional and marketing purposes (website, social media, print materials, etc.). If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at info@besomeonesports.com prior to the start of the season. 9. Schedule Changes & Cancellations Be Someone Sports reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or rules as needed. Games or events canceled due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled but are not guaranteed. Refunds or credits will not be issued for weather-related cancellations. 10. Disciplinary Action Be Someone Sports reserves the right to remove any player, coach, or parent from participation or facilities for conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Decisions made by Be Someone Sports staff are final. 11. Limitation of Liability Be Someone Sports and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing participation. 12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Refund Policy

Be Someone Sports Refund Policy At Be Someone Sports, we are committed to delivering a top-quality experience for every athlete and family. Because our programs require advance planning, facility reservations, uniforms, and staff assignments, please review our refund policy carefully before registering. 1. Registration Fees All registration fees are non-refundable once teams are formed. A 50% refund may be granted only if a cancellation request is received before teams are formed and uniforms are ordered. Once teams are formed or uniforms are ordered, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued — even if a player chooses not to participate. 2. Medical or Special Circumstances Refund requests due to medical issues, family emergencies, or relocation may be reviewed case-by-case. If approved, a credit (not a refund) may be applied toward a future Be Someone Sports program. Documentation (such as a doctor’s note) may be required. 3. Program Cancellations If Be Someone Sports cancels a league, camp, or event before it begins, participants will receive a full refund or credit. If a program is shortened or interrupted due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances outside our control, partial credits may be considered but are not guaranteed. 4. Uniforms & Merchandise All uniforms and apparel are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once ordered. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost if reported within 7 days of pickup or delivery. 5.
