Please speak life to your team’s players! Adult’s no inappropriate communication with players outside your organization! Let’s lead with love and intent! Your girls rock!! Now let’s give them an event they deserve! No Boys Allowed!!! LETS GO!!

PLEASE TRAVEL WITH YOUR ROSTER, REPORT CARDS/BIRTH CERTIFICATES.

RULES


1. Home team will provide bookkeeper.

2. Home team will wear light color and provide the game ball. Away team is dark color.

3. Please travel with first aid kits in case of any emergencies.

4. Rules/ Code of Conduct.: **LISTED AT THE BOTTOM**

5. $25 Spectator Fee- CASH ONLY

6. (2) Coaches Bands Only per team; travel with official score books

7. Each team is scheduled 3 games

POLICY FOR EAST BURKE

Clear bag policy

No outside food or drinks

Medical bag/ diaper bag allowed

No outside coolers

No Refunds

No Violence, No Threats verbal or non-verbal to players, coaches, staff, or officials. You will be escorted and removed from the site with no refund.

No negative or derogatory comments will be allowed!

Parents will speak to their own children/teammates ONLY. Failure will result in dismissal with no refund.

No Weapons, firearms, knife, taser anything that can be used as a weapon are prohibited.

No Smoking (illegal) on NC School Campus

No Tobacco Product (illegal) on NC School Campus.

Double bonus after 10 fouls per half.

5 team fouls allowed




4th/ 5th Division

14mins running half.

2 timeouts per half: one full/ one 30sec. Does not carry over.




M.S. Division

16 min running half.

2 timeouts per half: one full/ one 30sec. Does not carry over.

Clock Stops last 2 mins of the 2nd half.




H.S. Division

16 min running clock

Clock Stops: On Free throws and last 3 mins of the 1st and 2nd half.




Overtime

2 mins.

Double OT first to score wins.

1 additional timeout awarded to each team.




Technical Fouls

Each coach or player will be allowed two technical fouls per game. After a second technical foul, players / coach will be ejected from game. After first technical foul, the coach must remain seated for the duration of the game.




Any player or coach receiving an ejection during our tournament is subject to dismissal from tournament without refund. A player will no longer be able to play or sit on bench with team. Coaching from the stands will not-be allowed. All above subject to the discretion of Site Director.
