Good evening, I hope your weekend has been blessed. I believe everyone has been checking the schedule. There have been very few to no changes made, however, PLEASE click here to ensure your game times for tomorrow. Games will be played at the SHAC (35 Cavalier Blvd, Florence, KY). Most divisions will have one pool play game then jump directly into bracket play. However, the 3/4 boys will start right off in bracket play.

Welcome to the Grassroots Tournaments NKY Wildcat Run Event in Florence, KY. I have your team registered for the event and your division is good to play. Thank you for joining us on the court during the Winter 2026 tourney season. We are excited to get the kids on the court this Sunday.

SCHEDULE
The schedule will be out late tonight or first thing Thursday morning. If you have schedule requests, please shoot them over to spiepho13@gmail.com or text Sara at 513-578-5703. I expect games to begin about 9:00am and conclude by 7:30pm at the latest.

Everyone should expect to play a minimum of two games on Sunday, with two teams getting a possible third. Those teams showing no pool play or one pool play game will play their first round of bracket play immediately. Please be sure to check the brackets for your potential times for your second game
Please check until Saturday night for schedule changes.


TEAM/COACHES CHECKIN
Coaches Registration will be at all venues. We ask that each team bring a printed roster with jersey numbers. This will help us include names on Event All-Tournament Teams.

Each team will receive 2 Bands (2 Coaches bands). Scorekeepers are provided by Grassroots Tourneys.

EVENT MEDIA COVERAGE
Following each game, we ask for coaches:
* Sign the score sheet to verify the score is correct.
* Nominate a player from the opposing team for Tournament All-Stars - Be certain to include their name (Spelled correctly)
* Following your win in Bracket play, we ask that the team and coaches come to the Event Bracket Boards to advance your team on the boards.

We will have a videographer/photographer on sight taking photos and making short reels for everyones review. These can be found in the evening on Sunday and throughout the upcoming week on our social media accounts listed below:

UNIFORMS
1st listed team (Home): Light uniforms - Top in bracket play
2nd listed team (Away): Dark uniforms - Bottom in bracket play


STANDINGS
Standings can be found on the grassroots tourneys app. Click here to find the app. Please give 15 minutes following your game for the scores to be entered and the app to update. Here are the tiebreakers:
* Record
* Head-to-head
* Point differential
* Points allowed
* Points scored


GAME ENTRANCE PROTOCOLS
Daily - $10 Adults
Students/Seniors - $5
7 and under - Free
* Normal one day entrance during winter sessions at most events during a multi-day event is $5 or more, this tournament is the whole event in one day. In some cases saving you money if you play on more than two days for a multi-day tourney.
