PVBL - Summer Jam Teams

Good Morning,

Please note that all games that are scheduled to be played in Seneca Valley H.S. Main gym have been moved to Seneca Valley H.S. Aux Gym. We do appologize for any inconvenience!

Also, when going to Watkins Mill H.S. please be carefull as a large tree limb has fallen on the road on the way there.

All scores have been updated for Sunday's games. Please note Sunday's schedule is available via the ap or the link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/264226/pvbl-summer-jam/schedule.

Girls 7/8 division with the exception of Southern Central PA Wizards (12:00) will play their consilation game at 1:00 pm. Depending on the results of the 9:00 am game, it will determine which court they will be on. The Championship game is scheduled to be at 4:00 pm and will also be filled in accordingly.

Please note that if you find an error in the schedule, please email us at info@pvbl.org. Saturday's schedule may have some slight changes, but I don't anticipate any major changes, but if there are, you will be notified appropriately. If possible, we will be looking at ways of shortening wait times.

As for Sunday schedule, there still will be some changes as it is the first draft. Some might be major. For any division that requires the scheduling for Sunday based upon the completion of your division games, it will be updated before 9:00 pm on Sat.

Good Morning,

Thank you for joining our annual Summer Jam Tournament. Primary communications will come out in this form. We will keep you updated as changes occur or of any information that you need to know!

The 1st draft of Saturday's schedule will be available no later than Wednesday June 3, 2026 @ 5:00 pm. If you do find an error in the schedule, please email info@pvbl.org. Only teams that are completely registered will show on the schedule at that point. We have done our best to meet everyone’s scheduling requests. We will be working on updates and Sunday's draft schedule shortly after that. The schedule will be available via the Exposure Events App or via the link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/264226/pvbl-summer-jam/schedule. All of the updated scores will be posted there accordingly!

Many games will be taped! Attached are the rules a copy of them will be available to view on the table as well.

Please note the following:
Coaches are responsible for their staff, team, and spectators.
· Coaches, please double check the books score prior to leaving and check to make sure you are looking at your schedule correctly.
· Coaches must pick up their weekend bands on the first day. (Only 2 coaches per team)
· Coaches should have the Player proof of grade/age available (Report Card, Birth Certificate, School ID.. etc.)
· Coaches are required to walk with their First Aid Kits accordingly
· Players must be wearing their uniforms in order to enter
· Spectator Fee is $20 per Day or $30 for the weekend (Kids 8 and under are Free)
· Due to setup time,
o Watkins Mill H.S. will be available no earlier than 8:45 a.m. on each morning
o Seneca Valley H.S. will be available no earlier than 9:45 a.m. on Sat. and no earlier than 9:00 am on Sunday.
· We would appreciate it if the coaches kept all basketballs under their control.
· We will have light concessions for the weekend, but there are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
· A link will be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to complete the rosters online.
· Site Managers will be located at the main table in each gym
· Only Coaches should be on the Bench. Parents should be in the stands!
· No loitering or ball playing in the halls
· Please clean up the benches and move immediately after your games.
· Any Challenge or question of Grade or Age must be handled prior to the game.

Trophy distribution on Sunday will be done at Watkins Mill H.S. in the designated area after the last game of each division. (More information will be sent on Saturday night for this). Sunday updated schedules for any teams that are in a bracket will be updated when the games are finished on Saturday and no later than 9:00 pm on Saturday.

During the tournament your main contact will be the front desk for information, for non-life critical emergencies, please text (240) 654-5840, because signal sometimes isn’t good and a phone call may not get through!
