- Watkins Mill HS Gym wull be open to all at 8:50 am
- Forest Oaks MS Gym will be open to all at 9:50 am

As a reminder, no player can play on 2 different teams in the same division. No player may swap teams during the tournament. If either is done, the team faces possible disqualificaiton.

All trophies will be given out immediately after championship games. There will be a designated area to go to in order to receive trophies.

Please be patient as we go through the process. Once your game is over, please immediatly have a coach go to the front desk to start awards setup.

Once again we thank you for your patronage and your understandings as the gym issues and other issues had to be resolved. We have done our best to meet all of your scheduling requests.

Please note that the schedule can be accessed via the exposure event ap or via the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/264229/pvbl-summer-jam-ii/schedule.

Sunday's schedule will be pending the results and rank as you finsih the Sat. pool. All pools will be updated no later than 9:00 pm on Saturday. All coaches, please make sure to check your scores after the game are correct. Scores will be updated on the ap shortly after each game is completed.

Teams will be able to access the gyms as follows for first games on Sat,
- Watkins Mill HS 8:50 am
- Forest Oaks MS 9:10 am
- Gaithersburg MS 10:50 am

Please understand that the time is required to allow setup time.

Please note the following:
Coaches are responsible for their staff, team, and spectators.
· Coaches, please double check the books score prior to leaving and check to make sure you are looking at your schedule correctly.
· Coaches must pick up their bands on the first day. (Only 2 coaches per team)
· Coaches should have the Player proof of grade/age available (Report Card, Birth Certificate, School ID.. etc.)
· Coaches are required to walk with their First Aid Kits accordingly
· Players must be wearing their uniforms in order to enter
· Spectator Fee is $20 per Day. (Kids 8 and under are Free)
· We would appreciate it if the coaches kept all basketballs under their control.
· We will have light concessions for the weekend, but there are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
· Site Managers will be located at the main table in each gym
· Only Coaches should be on the Bench. Parents should be in the stands!
· No loitering or ball playing in the halls
· Please clean up the benches and move immediately after your games.
· Any Challenge or question of Grade or Age must be handled prior to the game.

Good Afternoon,

We have been informed of an issue with Watkins Mill H.S. main gym in which the rim has been damaged. The county is getting me a gym and reassigning. Due to the complexity of the schedule, We have to redo Saturday's draft in order to accomdate for travel form gym to gym as necessary. Before it was moving between two schools, one of which had 2 gyms in it. Now its moving in between 3 schools.

We will have the draft done by 10:00 pm with hopefully the actual school information in the area clear. Please be patient.

Thank you for joining our annual Summer Jam II Tournament. Primary communications will come out in this form. We will keep you updated as changes occur or of any information that you need to know!

The 1st draft of Saturday's schedule will be available no later than Wednesday June 24, 2026 @ 5:00 pm. If you do find an error in the schedule, please email info@pvbl.org. Only teams that are completely registered will show on the schedule at that point. We have done our best to meet everyone’s scheduling requests. We will be working on updates and Sunday's draft schedule shortly after that. The schedule will be available via the Exposure Events App or via the link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/264229/pvbl-summer-jam-ii/schedule All of the updated scores will be posted there accordingly!

Many games will be taped! Attached are the rules a copy of them will be available to view on the table as well.

· We would appreciate it if the coaches kept all basketballs under their control.

· A link will be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to complete the rosters online.

Trophy distribution on Sunday will be done at Watkins Mill H.S. in the designated area after the last game of each division. (More information will be sent on Saturday night for this). Sunday updated schedules for any teams that are in a bracket will be updated when the games are finished on Saturday and no later than 9:00 pm on Saturday.



During the tournament your main contact will be the front desk for information, for non-life critical emergencies, please text (240) 654-5840, because signal sometimes isn’t good and a phone call may not get through!
