TSA ROSTER FORM

PLEASE SUBMIT THE ATTACHED ROSTER FORM BY 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY, THE WEEK OF THE EVENT YOU ARE REGISTERED TO PARTICIPATE IN.

TEAMS THAT DO NOT SUBMIT THEIR ROSTER BY THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
1. WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY UNTIL THE ROSTER IS ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM.
2. THE OPPOSING TEAM WILL BE AWARDED 3 ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICAL FOUL SHOTS AND THE BALL TO START THE GAME.
