Registration & Payment • All teams must complete registration and submit the required entry fee by the stated deadline to secure a spot. • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed until payment is received. • Late payments may result in forfeiture of team spot without refund. ⸻ 2. Refund Policy • Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Blueprint Circuit. • No refunds will be issued for team withdrawals, no-shows, or disqualifications. ⸻ 3. Eligibility & Rosters • Players must meet grade/age requirements for their division. • Teams must submit an official roster before the event. • Proof of age/grade may be required (birth certificate, report card, or school documentation). • Playing an ineligible player may result in forfeiture of games and possible removal from the event. ⸻ 4. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to display sportsmanship and respect. Zero tolerance for: • Fighting or physical altercations • Profanity or abusive language • Harassment of officials, staff, or other participants • Unsportsmanlike conduct by players, coaches, or spectators Violations may result in ejection, suspension, or team removal without refund.

Media & Promotion By participating, teams and individuals grant The Blueprint Circuit permission to use photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.
