**Basketball Tournament Registration – Terms & Conditions**
By registering for this basketball tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. **Participation Risk:** I understand that basketball is a physical sport and participation may involve risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing in this tournament.
2. **Medical Responsibility:** I confirm that I am physically able to participate. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, tournament organizers may seek medical assistance if necessary.
3. **Liability Waiver:** I release and hold harmless the tournament organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and facility from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
4. **Sportsmanship:** I agree to follow all tournament rules and demonstrate good sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from the tournament without refund.
