SUMMER SHOWCASE Schedule

Hello Coaches,

Thank you for participating in this weekend’s Flight Club Tournament.

Please review the following weekend policies:

🏀 WRISTBANDS
• Each team receives:
- Two (2) Coach Wristbands
- One (1) Scorekeeper Wristband

• Wristbands must be worn ALL weekend.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

• No re-entry on Day 2 without a valid wristband.

• Ripped, removed, or damaged wristbands will not be accepted.

• All coaches and scorekeepers must sign in upon arrival.

IMPORTANT
Coach and scorekeeper wristbands are for designated team staff only and may not be transferred to spectators, parents, players, or anyone outside those roles.

🚨 GYM ENTRY POLICY
Anyone caught sneaking into the gym without paying will be required to immediately pay admission or be removed from the event.

Anyone caught opening doors or allowing unpaid spectators into the facility will also be removed.

Attached are the official tournament rules and event guidelines for this weekend. Please review them carefully with your coaches, players, and families prior to your first game.

A few important reminders:

• Please double-check schedules, gym locations, and game times before arriving.
• Teams should arrive at least 20–30 minutes early.
• Doors will remain LOCKED until 20 minutes prior to the first scheduled game to allow tournament staff adequate time to set up admissions, score tables, concessions, and facility operations. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation.
• Concessions will be available throughout the weekend.
• Media coverage may be present throughout the weekend including photos, videos, and player highlights.

We appreciate everyone’s support and look forward to hosting your teams this weekend.
