Battle at the Beach is a competitive 2-day basketball tournament bringing together top teams for high-energy matchups in a fun, coastal environment. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, giving athletes plenty of opportunity to compete, develop, and showcase their skills.

General Information

Battle at the Beach is a premier 2-day basketball tournament hosted by The Hardwood University and Santa Cruz Premier, bringing together competitive teams from across the region for an exciting weekend of hoops on the Central Coast. Designed to provide a high-quality, development-focused experience, the tournament creates the perfect balance of competition, organization, and atmosphere.

A special discount is available for programs registering 3 or more teams, making it even easier for clubs and organizations to bring multiple teams and compete together.

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, with chamionship games on sunday, giving athletes the opportunity to compete, adjust, and showcase their skills in meaningful games. Divisions include 11U–14U as well as two high school divisions, allowing for strong, age-appropriate competition across all levels.
