Join us for THE BATTLE OF FORT MYERS taking place in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida!
Fort Myers, Florida originated as a military outpost during the 19th-century Seminole Wars. Originally established as Fort Harvie in 1841, it was rebuilt and named Fort Myers in 1850 in honor of Colonel Abraham Myers. The city eventually transitioned from a rough-and-tumble cattle town into a thriving metropolis shaped by famous seasonal innovators.
