What your athlete will work on:
Ball handling under pressure
Shooting mechanics and footwork
Finishing through contact and counters
On-ball and off-ball reads
Defensive principles and game-speed decision-making
Daily format:
Targeted skill stations → competitive reps → small-sided games → controlled scrimmages
Positive, demanding coaching with clear teaching points and real-time feedback
Emphasis on confidence, character, and team play
