SES Summer Showcase Bay Tornadoes

I have one more tweak as a coach requested to take off one game. I will update in a few hours and send final graphic to share on schedule. Will send all of you payment options and schedule via text individually. Looking forward to it.

I will text you the schedule link and email a graphic with all games. Notes on schedule:

Franklin County: 6 total games. 4 on Monday and 2 on Tuessday. I put Varsity back to back to start both days per your request.

Mosley: 7 total games, 3 varsity and 2 JV on Monday and 2 JV on Tuesday.

Bay: 6 total games. 2 Varsity on Monday. 2 Varsity and 2 JV on Tuesday.

Patxton Five games total, all on Monday.. 3 Varsity and 2 JV

North Bay Haven: Six total games. 2 Varsity on Monday. 2 Varsity and 2 JV on Tuesday.

Rutherford: Six games total. 2 Varsity and 2 JV on Monday. 2 Varsity on Tuesday.

CCL: 2 games for JV on Tuesday

Fee is #55.00 per game. Please make payment before 1st game. I will post rules and send the graphic tomorrow Sunday. Have a great weekend. Looking forward to seeing all of your teams run.

Schedule with revisions is being done now. I will send this out to all of you via text and here. I will have a graphic with matchups done as well to share. Appreciate you running. Please let me know ASAP when you receive schedule that you are good. I will send out invoices if needed or let me know how you are paying.

Hi all,
Schedule is live. I can make adjustments if need be but worked best we could with a single court. Everyone in Bay County seems to be resurfacng their flloors.

Finances: $60.00 a game per team. ( play 4 varsity and 2 JV that's six games for 360.00) Please make sure we are square before first tip. If you need an invoice from SES please let me know.

Gate: Going to do a small gate of 7.00 per day. I will have a donation jar up there for Covenant Christian's basketball program.

Rules: **Varsity 16:00 minute halves, JV 14:00 minute hallves running clock. Stop clock on time out, referee stoppage, or table stoppage. Last 1:00 of each half is stop clock.
**We will go with free throws at 7 fouls since going halves instead of quarters.
**Normal high school rules, no press up 25. Running clock up 25 2nd half on. Game will be called if a team is up 20 points with 2:00 to go.
**Home team will supply game balls. Please bring your own basketballs.
**We don't need names for book/ please make sure all numbers are in book for roster.
**3 timeouts per game.
**Please respect the space. Only players and coaches on bench side. Videographers are not allowed on stage but can set up on baselines.
**I will update on concessions and vending. Host coach is deciding on venues.

We will give out a few individual awards and workking on a couple of social media teams.
