Gym Opening Time: Doors will open at 7:20am.

Game Times: First games will start at 7:50am. Event staff/officials will not hold starting any games and will result in forfeits.

! Please make sure your teams are in the gym and ready to play 30 minutes prior to game times to avoid forfeits. We have a full sold out event and will start games early if we run ahead.

Admission:

Cash Only

Adults : $20.

Students: $10 ages 6-18. Ages 5 under are free.

Wristbands must be worn on wrists at all times (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please understand you will have to pay again if no band is on your wrist. No refunds will be provided for any reason. I will be unable to respond to any requests for band refunds at the event or after via email etc.

Adult teams only please see the info below:

For Adult Players:

Adult players will have to check in at Admissions and be provided a wristband that they will have to wear for the remainder of the event or will have to pay to get in, including if remove it.

Coaches, If you dont list a player on your roster, they will be a spectator and have to pay to get in.

Only those who will be actively on the court should be on your roster. If staff notice anyone on your bench that is not playing in games, they will be directed to admissions to buy a spectator band.

Adult team coach band:

Only one coach band max will be provided for adult teams. If your adult team doesn't have a coach or a coach actively on the bench coaching, no coach band given.

Two coach bands will still be provided for youth teams.

Food/Drinks:

No outside food and drinks will be permitted inside including togo cups due to several large spills in the gyms recently. Concessions will be available onsite. A player's sports bottle is allowed. The facility is requiring that any offenders of this rule be removed from the event.

Game Locations:

Please check your schedule for the gym locations, addresses, court assignments for each game.

PARKING: There is no charge to park. Please do not double park or park where event staff has informed to not park. This will result in towing at your expense. Park on the curb/grass area in the parking lot = towed.

This is going to be strongly enforced by the facility. They will tow your car at your expense.

The parking lot is shared with the pickleball facility and they have their spaces blocked off. You will be towed if you park where its blocked off.

There is an additional lot of the main lot is full. Staff will assist you in locating, follow the staff. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to the facility's parking policy.

Please conduct yourselves in a respectful manner toward the other teams, staff, fans and the officials. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate removal from the tournament without refund! Please practice good sportsmanship and set an example. The kids are watching you!

Our Exposure scheduling platorm is undergoing updates and to avoid any potential issues related to that, we are going to release Friday since the event isn't until Sunday.

Since this week's event is on a Sunday, deadlines are a little later than normal. Please see below:

If you haven't already, please submit your payments by tomorrow at noon.

Rosters will be due Friday at 7pm instead of Thursday.

Schedule will release on Thursday as normal.
