The USA Masters Open National Championships is the premier open-registration Men national Masters Open Basketball tournament dedicated to fostering competitive excellence.
The USA Masters Open National Championships will bring together teams from across the United State of America for a world-class competitive experience.

Registration is currently open for the following divisions:
- Men | 30+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
- Men | 35+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
- Men | 40+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
- Men | 45+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
- Men | 50+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
- Men | 55+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
- Men | 60+ - Early Bird Team Entry until March 17, 2027 ($800.00)
