Designed specifically for elite Middle School travel programs, this high-intensity, bi-weekly league delivers maximum competition with zero wasted time. Bring your best boys and girls squads to see who really rules the summer circuit. The Format: Bi-weekly double-headers (Play 2 games in one night, every other week). The Location: Loudoun County Middle Schools The Divisions: Separate Boys & Girls brackets, split into Division I (Elite 8th/Advanced 7th) and Division II (True 7th/Developing 8th) to ensure killer matchups. The Guarantee: 6 regular season games + a high-stakes Crossover Tournament. The Payoff: 1st place champions in each division get their entry fees fully covered for a premier late-summer tournament. 24 Teams. 4 Brackets. 1 Place to find out who wants All The Smoke. ALL THE SMOKE: The Summer Power Series is Northern Virginia’s premier mid-week basketball circuit, brought to you by Run It Elite. Created to fill a major gap in the youth sports landscape, this league provides elite Middle School travel programs—both boys and girls—with a highly organized, hyper-competitive summer platform to develop their talent, sharpen their skills, and showcase their game.

We cut out the traditional headaches of youth leagues. By utilizing an innovative, bi-weekly double-header format hosted at top-tier Loudoun County Middle School facilities, we respect coaches' and parents' time while ensuring maximum court action. Our league features strict divisional layering to guarantee balanced, high-stakes matchups where the region's top rising talent can truly test their limits.
