Terms And Conditions

You are agreeing to release and hold harmless the host, event staff, facilities and affiliated organizations harmless from normal event occurrences. This would include, but is not limited to, sprains, knee injuries, falls and anything that can be reasonably conferred to be within the normal operations of a basketball tournament.

I understand my coaches, players and spectating families may be captured in video and/or photography during the event. I understand that all video and/or photography taken during the event by the event host may be used on social media and other digital platforms. By accepting these terms you are agreeing to permission for use of this media.

Refund Policy

I understand that no refunds are provided after 5/1 if you remove your team from the event. I understand I may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50, per team, if I remove my teams after the schedule has been released. I further understand that no refunds will be provided for issues outside the control of the event operator. This would include, but is not limited to, facility playability due to weather, a team no-show or a team going to an incorrect facility.
