BIG BANG National Championship Divisions

Each of the next two Sundays will feature one day events near the intersection of I-45 North & Beltway 8. The LOW DOWN CLASSIC will take place Sunday (July 19) and the following week, GRASSROOTS SHOWCASE (July 26). Both one day events are only $50 per team, and will be held at the ULH Event Center. This is by far the best bang for your buck! Each team will be sorted into pods of 4, and play a bracket style format which guarantees two games each. No team will be stuck in the gym all day. Air conditioned faciliy with plenty of convenient complimentary parking.

July 26 (SUNDAY ONLY) - Grassroots Showcase - ONLY $50 per team. 2 games, bracket style. Location: ULH Event Center

High School Aged Teams are guaranteed at least (1) invite to the prestigious "Rucker On Wood" open gym series, held the final two Sunday afternoons of August.

August 23rd for 11th and 12th graders

There has been 2 small modifications to Sunday's Bracket. Therefore, you need to check and make sure your game times are still the same (or haven't been changed).

The ROSTERS are now viewable on the Rcs Sports app or the Nelson Brands app.

Doors will open at 8:20 for teams and 8:35 for spectators.

Be advised, if time permits, any second and third round games could start earlier (only IF both head coaches agree).

All Big Bang National Showcase communication will come thru this app. Therefore, we encourage you to inform your entire basketball family toDownload the Rcs Sports app (or) Nelson Brands app (Schedule, Rosters & Rules are there as well). Click on your team and press "Follow" so that all updates may come to your cell in a timely manner.

All head coaches or primary contacts need to check their email boxes for the ROSTER LINK, and input # player name (if you haven't done so). Plus, the coaches names (only 2 admitted per team).

Format: Saturday 2 pool games + Sunday single elimination bracket. All teams play both days (except Texas Hype 14u and 12u).

Saturday at Just Play Humble, doors open 8:20 for teams / players and 8:35 for spectators. Cash or Card accepted at the door. At King HS, the doors open 9:20 for teams / players and 9:35 for spectators. Armbands get you into both venues.

Upon arrival, Coaches / Players go to the TEAM CHECK-IN table located near the front entrance of both venues. A separate color armband will be provided for coaches. Players must be on your roster, or they may have to pay to get in.

The games are two 15:00 halves with the clock stopping on all dead balls. We supply the score and clock keepers. All scoresheets are pre-printed which prevents everyone from being delayed upon tip-off. Results will be updated on the app immediatley after each game. The BRACKETS will be populated Saturday evening (between 6p and 7p). First, we want to ensure no team is playing a duplicate opponent in their first bracket game, Sunday.
