Effective Date: July 16, 2026 At Unguardable Showcase, significant planning and operational expenses begin immediately after registration. As a result, the following refund policy applies. Team Registration * Team registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. * Teams that withdraw after registration are not entitled to a refund. * Team registration may not be transferred to another event without written approval from event management. Player Registration * Individual player registration fees are non-refundable. * If a player cannot attend, registration may only be transferred to another participant with written approval from event management. Event Cancellation If Unguardable Showcase cancels an event before it begins, participants may receive one of the following, at the organization’s discretion: * A full refund, * A partial refund after non-recoverable expenses, * Event credit toward a future showcase. Weather or Force Majeure No refunds will be issued for delays, shortened events, or cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, facility closures, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. Participant Removal Participants removed for misconduct, rule violations, fighting, abusive behavior, or failure to follow event policies will not receive a refund. Processing Approved refunds, when applicable, will generally be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method. Questions regarding refunds should be directed to event management prior to registration.

Information We Collect We may collect: * Name * Email address * Phone number * Mailing address * Player information * Parent or guardian information * Team information * Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers) * Photos and videos captured during events How We Use Information Your information may be used to: * Process registrations. * Communicate event updates. * Verify eligibility. * Manage schedules and rosters. * Improve event operations. * Promote future events through photos and videos. * Comply with legal obligations. Payment Security Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers. Unguardable Showcase does not store complete payment card information on its servers. Information Sharing We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with: * Event staff and volunteers. * Facility partners. * Officials and tournament personnel. * Payment processors. * Service providers necessary to operate our events. * Government authorities when required by law. Photography & Video By attending an Unguardable Showcase event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and videos may be used for marketing, social media, promotional materials, websites, and future event advertising without compensation. Data Security Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect personal information; however, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Children’s Privacy Personal information relating to minors is collected only through a parent, legal guardian, coach, or authorized team representative during the registration process. Changes to This Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
