REFUND POLICY 1. General Policy The Unguardables is a nonprofit organization that commits funds to gym rentals, officials, awards, equipment, staffing, uniforms, and event operations in advance. Because of these commitments, all registration payments are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. 2. U-League Showcase Event Refunds Team Entry Fees * Team registration fees are non-refundable once the schedule has been released. * If a team withdraws more than 14 days before the event, a credit toward a future U-League event may be issued at the organization’s discretion. * Withdrawals made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits. Event Cancellation by The Unguardables If the organization cancels an event and is unable to reschedule it, teams will receive either: * A full refund, or * A credit for a future event, at the organization’s discretion. Partial Game Completion No refunds will be issued for: * Forfeits * Team no-shows * Injuries * Ejections for misconduct * Games shortened due to circumstances beyond the organization’s control after the event has begun 3. Refund Processing Approved refunds, when applicable, will typically be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
