TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, participating in, attending, purchasing, donating to, or otherwise engaging with any program, event, training session, tournament, showcase, camp, clinic, or service offered by The Unguardables or U-League Showcase Events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register for or participate in any event or program.

2. Eligibility
* Participants must register using accurate and complete information.
* Players under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration and consent process.
* The Unguardables reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for any individual or team that violates these terms or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.

3. Registration & Payment
Team Registration
* U-League Open Sessions and showcase events require full payment before a team is officially placed on the event schedule.
* Current advertised team fee: $150 per team.
* Early registration discounts, when offered, apply only if payment is received by the stated deadline.
4. Event Rules and Competition Standards
U-League showcase events will generally operate according to the published event rules, including but not limited to:
* Each team is guaranteed two games.
* Games are played in two halves with officiating provided.
* Players foul out after five (5) fouls.
* Zero-tolerance behavior standards apply to players, coaches, parents, and spectators.
* Security may be present at designated events.
* Final rosters must be submitted two (2) days prior to the event.
* Top teams in each division may receive championship rings or awards.
* The Unguardables reserves the right to modify schedules, game lengths, divisions, awards, or event operations when necessary due to facility limitations, weather, safety concerns, team availability, or other circumstances beyond its control.
These rules are based on the published U-League Open Sessions Event Information document. Changes may be communicated before or during the event as needed.
5. Conduct Policy
All participants, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect.
Prohibited Conduct
* Fighting or physical aggression
* Threats, intimidation, or harassment
* Abusive language toward officials, staff, players, or spectators
* Discriminatory or hateful conduct
* Excessive unsportsmanlike behavior
* Possession or use of illegal substances, alcohol, or weapons at youth events
Consequences
The Unguardables may, at its sole discretion:
* Remove individuals from the facility
* Disqualify a player or team from an event
* Suspend participation from future events or programs
* Deny refunds following removal for misconduct
6. Health & Safety
Participants acknowledge that basketball and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
* Sprains and strains
* Fractures
* Concussions
* Illness
* Permanent injury
* Death
By participating, players and guardians voluntarily assume these risks and certify that the participant is physically able to engage in athletic activities.
The Unguardables strongly encourages all participants to maintain appropriate medical and accident insurance coverage.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, The Unguardables, Unguardable Athletics, U-League Showcase Events, their directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, officials, sponsors, and facility partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any program or event.
Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
8. Facility & Scheduling Changes
The organization reserves the right to:
* Change event dates or times
* Adjust divisions or brackets
* Substitute facilities
* Combine age groups when necessary
* Reschedule games due to weather, emergencies, low enrollment, facility conflicts, or other operational concerns
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered teams and participants of any significant changes.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, event names, schedules, promotional materials, videos, and website content associated with The Unguardables, Unguardable Athletics, and U-League Showcase Events are the property of the organization and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in organization activities shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
