General Information

LOCATION & ACCOMMODATIONS

-Surrey is listed as the general event location because it is the most central area for booking accommodations, with convenient access to all tournament venues across the Lower Mainland.
-Games will be played at multiple gymnasiums throughout the Lower Mainland.
-Please click the “Venues” tab above to view the specific gymnasium locations.

DIVISION STRUCTURE
-To ensure a balanced and competitive experience, the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions or adjust team placements based on team strength and skill level.
-Requests to move to a different division must be submitted in writing to scheduling@primetimesportsco.com before the registration deadline.
-Division changes will not be permitted after the registration deadline.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS
-After registration closes, all teams will receive an email with instructions for submitting scheduling requests.
-Requests must be submitted before the scheduling request deadline to be considered.
-While we make every effort to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

VANCOUVER ISLAND & OKANAGAN TEAMS
-Teams travelling from Vancouver Island or the Okanagan may request to begin play after 12:00 PM on Saturday to allow sufficient travel time.
-The latest scheduled game on Sunday will be 4:40 PM.

OUT-OF-PROVINCE TEAMS
-Teams travelling from outside British Columbia should be prepared to play Saturday morning.
-The latest scheduled game on Sunday will be 4:40 PM.
-Please email your arrival and departure times to scheduling@primetimesportsco.com to assist with scheduling.

TEAM AVAILABILITY
-All teams should be available to play throughout the tournament dates.
-Scheduling priority will be given to travel teams where possible.

VENUE ASSIGNMENTS
-We make every effort to schedule teams at the same venue or at facilities within approximately a 30-minute drive of one another.
-Venue assignments are subject to change based on facility availability and the number of registered teams.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
-A team’s registration is not confirmed until:Full payment has been received.
All registration requirements have been completed.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
-The tournament schedule is typically released 7 days prior to the event.
Schedules, scores, standings, and updates will be available on the PrimeTime Sports Co app.
-We strongly recommend downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to stay up to date throughout the tournament.
