TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: July 17, 2026 Welcome to Downtowns Finest Youth Association ("DFYA," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for, participating in, attending, or using any league, tournament, camp, clinic, practice, game, event, or service offered by DFYA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Eligibility Participants must meet the eligibility requirements established for each program. Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. 2. Registration Registration is considered complete only after all required registration information, waivers, acknowledgements, and payment obligations have been satisfied. DFYA reserves the right to refuse, deny, suspend, or cancel any registration at its sole discretion. 3. Participant Conduct DFYA is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Participants, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, officials, and spectators are expected to: Demonstrate good sportsmanship. Treat others with dignity and respect. Follow all rules and instructions. Respect facilities and equipment. The following conduct is prohibited: Violence or fighting Harassment or discrimination Bullying Threatening behaviour Abusive language Intimidation of officials, volunteers, coaches, or participants Damage to facilities or equipment Unsportsmanlike conduct DFYA reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any individual whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to the values of the organization. 4. Health and Safety Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree to comply with all safety rules established by DFYA. 5. Schedule Changes DFYA may modify schedules, playing locations, divisions, game times, tournaments, or other programming due to weather, facility availability, public health concerns, safety issues, or operational requirements. 6. Photography and Media DFYA may photograph or record games, practices, tournaments, and events for promotional, educational, fundraising, historical, and social media purposes. Participation in DFYA programs constitutes consent for such use unless prohibited by applicable law. 7. Equipment Participants are responsible for wearing all required protective equipment and maintaining any personal equipment in safe playing condition. DFYA reserves the right to prohibit participation where required equipment is not being used. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFYA shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or expense arising from participation in its programs except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 9. Changes to These Terms DFYA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: July 17, 2026 Downtowns Finest Youth Association ("DFYA") respects the privacy of every participant and family and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation. Information We Collect DFYA may collect information including: Participant information Parent or guardian information Contact information Emergency contact information Date of birth Medical information voluntarily provided Registration information Payment information processed through secure third-party providers Photographs and videos Website usage information How We Use Personal Information Personal information is collected solely to: Administer registrations Organize leagues and teams Schedule games and practices Communicate with participants and families Respond to emergencies Meet insurance obligations Comply with legal requirements Improve programs and services Promote DFYA activities Sharing of Information DFYA does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with: Coaches Volunteers League administrators Tournament organizers Insurance providers Emergency responders Government agencies where required by law Third-party service providers assisting with registration, communications, or payment processing Security DFYA uses reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Retention Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Access to Information Individuals may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Children's Privacy Because DFYA provides youth programming, most personal information is collected from parents or legal guardians. Policy Updates DFYA may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates become effective immediately upon publication.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2026 No Refund Policy All registration fees, league fees, tournament fees, camp fees, clinic fees, membership fees, administrative fees, and any other payments made to Downtowns Finest Youth Association are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Withdrawal from a program Scheduling conflicts Change of mind Illness or injury Missed games or practices Team placement decisions Dissatisfaction with a program Removal or suspension for misconduct Relocation Inclement weather Facility closures Public health restrictions Force majeure events Program Changes DFYA reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, divisions, formats, coaches, or programming without providing refunds. Program Cancellation If DFYA cancels an entire program before it begins for reasons solely within its control, DFYA may, at its sole discretion, provide: A future program credit; Transfer to another available program; or A full or partial refund. DFYA is under no obligation to provide refunds where cancellation results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Chargebacks Participants and parents agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting DFYA to attempt to resolve the issue. DFYA reserves the right to suspend participation and recover any costs associated with unauthorized chargebacks. Policy Changes DFYA reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication.
