Description

Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills in a competitive environment or compete against the region's top talent, Blaze x Unity Basketball has a team for you. Blaze provides a competitive foundation where players develop through high-level coaching and game experience, while Team Unity is our premier travel program for athletes ready to compete at the highest level. We offer teams for boys and girls in Grades 3–8, including A and B teams in the 5/6 and 7/8 divisions. League games are played in Canton, CT, Enfield, CT, and Springfield, MA, and Team Unity will compete in two tournaments at Mohegan Sun with more travel opportunities to come.

General Information

Tryouts will be held August 3-6 at Warner Elementary School. Girls Grades 3-6 will try out Monday, August 3 and Wednesday, August 5 from 6:00-7:00 PM, while Girls Grades 7-8 will try out Monday, August 3 and Wednesday, August 5 from 7:00-8:00 PM. Boys Grades 3-6 will try out Tuesday, August 4 and Thursday, August 6 from 6:00-7:00 PM, and Boys Grades 7-8 will try out Tuesday, August 4 and Thursday, August 6 from 7:00-8:00 PM. We will field competitive teams for boys and girls in Grades 3-8, with A and B teams at the 5/6 and 7/8 levels. Grades 3/4 will have at least one team and may have A and B teams based on registration numbers. League games are played in Canton, CT, Enfield, CT, and Springfield, MA, and A teams will compete in two tournaments at Mohegan Sun during the season.
