OPTION 2: Training with Darryl Watkins: Efficient & Elite Scoring (HS Girls)
Wednesdays: September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 7:15-9:00 PM
Tuesdays: October 6, 13, 7:15-9:00 PM
UW Health Sports Factory, 305 S. Madison St. Rockford
Develop the ability to score smarter and more efficiently by learning your strengths, finding your scoring spots, and creating quality scoring opportunities within a half-court offense. Training emphasizes game-like reads, footwork, spacing, and shot selection.
