General Information

The Maine Basketbal League (TMBL) begins it's 6th year of operations (formerly the SMHL) and is Maine's premiere Community based League with close to 250 Teams participating last year.

Teams are Guaranted 14 Games overall, 6 Games in Session I, 6 Games in Session II and a Double Elimination Playoff round.

TMBL's mission is to have all teams play competitive games regardless of age or grade level. 

We will separate each grade level into divisions, based on your rankings when you registered and previous year’s performance.. While this is a good starting point, remember that we will re-examine these at the halfway point and move teams up or down accordingly.  

Game Locations - Games are scheduled in many locations throughout Southern Maine.

Warm Up Weekend - Nov. 14,15 (not part of the league schedule) 
Session I - Nov. 21,22  Dec 5,6  Dec 12,13 
Holiday Jamboree - Dec 19,20 (not part of the league schedule) 
Session II - Jan 2,3  Jan 9,10  Jan 16,17
Playoffs - Jan 23,24 Jan 30,31 Feb 6,7
