We recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with the sport of basketball. We release Preferred Athlete Scouting Services LLC and their officers, directors, coaches, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, participating athlete, other parents, representatives and successors and the schools, school districts, religious organizations and other owners of the facilities where games/practices are held and their employees (all forging are collectively referred to herein as the Preferred Athlete Scouting Services LLC Parties), from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, whether known or unknown, sustained by the player, coaches, or by the registrant which in any way arise out of, or are connected with or relate to the participation by the player or coach in any activity (including without limitation transportation to and from activities) organized by or in any way associated with Preferred Athlete Scouting Services LLC. We hereby indemnify Preferred Athlete Scouting Services LLC from and hold each of them harmless against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses which any of them pay suffer or incur arising out of or resulting from the players participation in any activities of Preferred Athlete Scouting Services LLC or the breach by the registrant, by the player, the coach, or by any family or acquaintance of the registrant or the player, as the case may be, of the Rules and Regulations or the Agreement.

Third-party disclosure PASS is a scouting service for major colleges across the country. The information you provide may be used to allow higher education institutions to communicate with you and/or your athletes. PASS will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to parties other than educational institutions. This includes website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users. We may have the need to release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites. Fair Information Practices The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: We will notify you via email within 7 business days. Refund Policy

GATE TICKETS - NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TEAM REGISTRATION - A $350 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds within 30 to 15 days of event. No refunds issued within 14 days of event. In case of a COVID-19 related cancellation, PASS will notify each team's representative and refund 100% of the registration fee, minus 3% if paid by credit/debit card, within 30 days of the notice, no matter the amount of days leading up to the event.
