Please make sure you check your schedule periodically thru out the day as we are making constant changes to avoid any forfeits. If you are staying 99% you will be playing. We are doing everything we can to avoid forfeits, but we need you to check your schedule!!

Club Coach Check In - Coaches can check in tonite (THURSDAY) at the Hilton Downtown 501 W Church Ave, Knoxville, TN 37902 between 6pm-9pm. We will be in the Ocoee Room off of the main lobby. NCAA Certified Coaches will need ID and the completion of the housing form. Non-NCAA Certified Coaches (8th grade and younger playing 14u or younger) will also need ID and housing form. Players will just need the housing form. Spectators can also purchase bands at this time, THEY NEED TO BE PRESENT TO DO SO.


If you can't make it this evening you have to check in prior to your first game at the Knoxville Convention Center, I'd strongly encourage you to give yourself extra time to get this done, especially if you play earlier in the day. We permit 2 coaches per team. To receive a coaching band for a HS aged team you will need to be listed on your team's NCAA BBCS Roster and you will need to show ID. Once we issue you a band, THAT WILL BE THE ONLY BAND ISSUED TO YOU, DO NOT TAKE IT OFF OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A SPECTATOR BAND.


Players and Coaches can check in INDIVIDUALLY!! You do NOT need to check in together!!


HOUSING FORM OPTIONS
Fastest Option - If you booked thru event pipe print your eventpipe confirmation email with confirmation # and bring it with you. This trumps all other options and you will move much quicker.

Option 2 - Fill out the online form ahead of time - HOTEL FORM

Option 3 - Show up and fill out a sheet of paper (or print it and fill it out, should be quicker), it's attached.

SPECTATOR TICKETS: $70/weekend band or $25/day. Children 10&Under $10/day, $20/Tournament Pass. SPECTATOR TICKETS WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE TONITE AT THE HILTON DOWNTOWN BETWEEN 6-9PM
