We are aware of a couple of the courts are missing the clock/book keepers at carver. The stipulation of that gym was that Carver had to use their own clock keepers. We are working as fast as we can to replace them. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. We will keep you updated.

If you play at Fairfield High School, there are two seperate entrances into the gyms.
Court 1 entrance is behind the school, where the police officer is parked. Park in the back.
Court 2 entrance is behind the goal post of the football field. You can park in the front or the back.

Conduct

99.9% of you, this does not apply. But there are some who need to understand, we have a zero-tolerance policy on poor behavior, poor sportsmanship, or misconduct by, players, coaches, spectators. We do not allow excessive arguing in the stands, at the officials, or staff. We have police officers at every facility that will gladly escort you off the premises.
Enjoy the games, cheer for your team(s), respect others and have fun!

Check-In

Remember if you do not have NSID, ALL Players and head coach must check in together, with birth certificates and report cards.
If you play with an ineligible player, your team will be forfeited from the tournament.

Team Check In

If you play your 1st game at Fairfield, you will check in at Carver.
( if you try to check in at Fairfield, you will be sent to Carver)

If you play your 1st game at Carver, you will check in at Carver

If you play your 1st game at Pleasant Grove, you will check in at Pleasant Grove.

If you have NSID, head coach and 1 assistant will check in

If you Do Not have NSID, the head coach will need to have every player on the team present, along with their birth certificates and report cards.

Assistant coaches will not be allowed to check in without head coach.

Teams/Head coaches will not be allowed to check in at any other gym, other than their designated gym.

The schedule has been released. The bracket will be released this evening. All divisions that are combined will have their own bracket/championship on Sunday.
If we have a schedule change, we will send out a "schedule change alert" message. It is your resposniblity to look over the schedule to make sure you have the up to date changes.

If you have already made a payment, the following does not apply to you.
Some of you have not made payment yet, If you have not made payment by 3pm today, we will remove your team(s) from the tournament. All teams have to be paid before we start on the schedule.

Until will can get a ticket app, we will NO LONGER accept cash app, venmo or paypal. It's unfortunite that we have to take this step beacuse we have people trying to cheat the system. This weekend will be CASH ONLY!
