Just a reminders....
Please remember that this is a kid’s game. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy the games. Good sportsmanship, while competing hard is what every competitor should strive for. If we have poor sportsmanship from players or coaches, poor behavior from spectators, we will remove them from the game and or gym. Taunting will receive a technical foul from officials as well as foul language from players and coaches. We hope we don't have any of these issues today, but if we do, know that our police officers won't hesitate to solve them.
We have a zero tolerance policy for poor behaivior or misconduct!

It is memorial day weekend. Give yourself a lot of extra time to travel, to and from facilities. We have a very tight schedule and if you are late, there is a high probability we will have to forfeit your game, please allow for extra time.
If you have to travel through the tunnel on I-10, I would make sure you have a 2 hr window for arrival. There are always slowdowns in that tunnel.

For those of you who travel from gym to gym with a hour in between. You should have plenty of time to travel from your 1st game to 2nd game. Please make sure you leave the gym right after your 1st game to give yourself enough time to travel to your second gym.

If you show up 10 mins before your game and you have not checked in at your designated check in gym, you will more than likely have to forfeit that game. Check in,1 hr. prior to your 1st game and you shouldn't have any issues.

We are about to release the schedule. Before we do.......

1. The schedule may not be perfect for YOU. However, there are 213 other teams in the event. We are not here to make everyone's schedule perfect for them. It it is not possible. Do not call me, do not message me, do not email me about not having a schedule to fit around your weekend plans. Your weekend plans fit round the tournament.
2. We tried our best to get everyone at least one game at the sports plex. Most of the teams we were able to do that, but there were a few teams we could not make that happen for. There are only 78 slots available at the sports plex, and 112 outside the sports plex. We understand that everyone wants to play every game there, but that's not possible.
3. Brackets will be released tomorrow. Platinum and Gold and possibly some silver championships will be played at the sports plex on Sunday. All other brackets will be played outside the sports plex on Sunday.

There will be more info to come.

3 Things.....

(These messages go to EVERYONE in the tournament. So please read to see what may or may not apply to you)

1. If you are recieving this message and you were on the waiting list, you are now off the waiting list and have 2hrs(6PM Central time) to send in payment.

2. This is our 2nd round of removing teams and pulling teams off the waiting list. The third round of removing teams will be at 7PM tonight.

3. We will start working on the schedule tomorrow morning. and hope to have it out late tomorrow or early Tuesday. ALL schedule request( This tournament has 210+ teams. We will try to help you with schedule request but they are NOT garuanteed!), must be sent in by tonight! You MUST send them to, schrequests.panhandlebasketball@gmail.com
There will be at least 30 games Friday Night games! If we do not have enough teams that can play on Friday (5PM-9PM), we will have to drop some teams and pull from the waiting list that can play Friday night.
If your team is willing to play at 5PM or 6PM on Friday night, you can name the time you play on Saturday.

If not, we will place your team on the waiting list and pull another team off the waiting list. If you have already made a payment , this does NOT apply to you!
