Ballin' at the Beach (sold out) Schedule

Greetings,

We want to thank everyone for supporting and being a part of this weekend NFHG Basketball tournament event. The schedule is live on our app and the registration site. We are asking for everyone to please check the schedule to make sure you have an updated version by 12pm Friday (make sure you are verifying your game times and which court you play on). Please be advised that we will try not to make any more changes to the schedule as we tried to accommodate as many teams as we could (Out of town teams and multiple teams are first priority at any tournament you play in). Only change is if we missed a back to back game.

We want to remind everyone that Coaches must check in their team(s) before their 1st game at their 1st game site (Only Coaches need to check-in). Remember that only 2 Coaches are allowed per team to check-in (Both coaches must check-in as this is mandatory to recieve a band). Please do not email us your rosters as we will require one at check in before you can play (No excuses). Bring a copy with you to check in filled out with team/organization name, players names, and Coaches names for each team (blank roster form attached to this email if needed). Make sure to familiarize yourself with the rules attached (Not knowing them will not be an excuse). The home (2nd team listed or bottom) team has to provide the game ball. Players can not enter the gym unless they have on their uniform.

Remember that a mask is optional when you're not coaching. Do not take it personally if a team does not want to do the team line at the end of the game (Not mandatory due to covid and other viruses still lingering around). Coaches, please at least show sportsmanship by acknowledging each other with a solute or a fist bump (if you feel comfortable) at the end of the game. Anyone in the building without a band will be asked to leave and not admitted back into the event (All entry needs to be done through the front of the building).

Check-in items:
1. Completed roster to turn in (all players and coaches listed)
2. Team book (this for you to keep in case your challenged)
A. Copy of Birth Certificates or Passports
B. 2023-2024 Report Card (any copy from current school year)

Please advise the fans that they may purchase their ticket ahead of their arrival on our app or registration site.

🚗 Please utilize these designated parking areas to ease congestion and ensure smooth entry and exit from the venue.

Exciting news! As we gear up for another thrilling matchup at Wildcats Arena, we want to make sure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience attending the game. Due to multiple events happening at the school, we've arranged for additional parking behind the school.

Here are the details:

🅿️ Additional Parking: Behind the school -- You will access the parking on the left side of the school through the double gates.

🚗 There will be a parking attendant to guide you to the extra parking area.

This additional parking will help alleviate any congestion and ensure that everyone can easily find a spot without any hassle.
