2024 Mule Town Shootout Schedule

Coaches,

Our 30th season kicks off in Lebanon & Murfreesboro on Feb. 21-23rd. We hope you will make plans to be part of our first event of the 2025 season.

Our July events continue next weekend July 12-14 in Columbia and then July 19-21 in Lebanon. We would love to have your team back at one of our remaining events in July and August.

Registrations are open at www.bballshowcasse.com, but we will run out of gym space so act quickly if you wish to participate.

We hope to see you next weekend in Columbia or at another event soon.

We have had a couple of incidents today involving parents, teams and officials. We have had to move around some 5th and 6th grade boys brackets due to thses issues. Check the app to confirm your teams locations and game times.

Everyone needs to warn their players, coaches and parents that these behaviors will not be tolerated. Remind everyone that these are just games and officials, players, and coaches will all make mistakes. Come in a cheer for only your team in a POSITIVE manner.

NO ONE should appraoch officials or make comments about or to other teams. Any issues and your team may be asked to leave the event.

Lets ALL make sure that we are still able to offer these opportunities to all of of young athletes by being excellent spotsmanlike role models.

The schedule for your registered team in the Mule Town Shootout is now final. We did make a few changes to the schedule today as late as 8:00 pm due to a few teams dropping out late, so double check your game times and locations to make sure no changes affected your team.

Everyone should double check their team's schedule to make sure of their team's schedule and exact times and locations. The posted schedule will be the schedule of record for the weekend.

The home team is listed first/top and will wear white, as well as provide the official scorekeeper.

Admission gate is cash only and is a daily pass that will get all of your parents in all gyms all day. Gyms will NOT open unitl 30 minutes before the first game.

The tentative schedule for your registered team is now posted at www.bballshowcase.com and on the smartphone app BB Showcase. We attempted to accomodate everyone's requests, but your EXACT request may not have been met.

It is NOT perfect but we did our best with 129 teams, there is no room for any NEW requests at this point.

If your entry fees have not been sent in, please do so today bc we have a waiting list. Team Entry Fees $175 can be sent in by:

The schedule will not be final until tomoorow. Please download the smartphone app BB Showcase to stay up to date with your teams locations and game times throughout the week.

Reminder the team listed first/top in the home team and should wear light/white colored uniforms. The home team will provide the official scorekeeper for their game.

Games will be 20 minute runing clock halves with clock stopping last minute of each half. Teams will get 2 timeouts each half & will NOT carry over.

Please let your parents know that it will be a cash gate and daily fees will get them into ALL gyms for the ENTIRE day. Gyms will NOT be open until 30 minutes before first scheduled game.

We are finalizing all teams and pools this morning for your registered team in the Mule Town Shootout this weekend.

We will begin scheduling today. Any scheduling requests that have not been made at time of registration need to be received by NOON today so that we can get a schedule posted tonight.

We will have gyms open in Columbia, Chapel Hill, and POSSIBLY Murfreesboro/Nashville for this weekend.
