Age exception cut off is Aug 1st if players in 3rd grade he/she can play 8U if 8 Y/O and make the cut off date Aug 1st
Same apply to 19U
SABA have zero tolerance for any teams involved in fights
any team involved in a fight will be put out the tournament without a refund
exception.
Coaches must conduct themselves with respect at all time. There will be no arguing with others coaches,spectators nor refs. If coaches choose to argue with refs they will be remove from coaching and force to leave the building.
Spectators must conduct themselves at all times no arguing with refs, coaches. If a spectator chooses to come on court at anytime they will be force to leave tournament without any refund.
Please check schedule very often for any changes. It’s the coaches responsibility to check schedule. Schedule will be posted another later than Wednesday 4pm and as early as Tuesday 9pm. Please note schedule request may not be granted due amount of teams participating in this National events

D1 and D2 Bracket winners will receive National Rings
All D1 winners will also receive giant trophy and place in National Ranking System
D1 Brackets winners Rings, Trophies MVP award runners up and being Ranked
D2 Brackets winners Rings and Runners up
Silver Champions will receive Trophy or Medals
If a Coach chooses to challenge a player grade it must be done 30min before the game start. It will be a $200 to protest no exception if coaches win protest they will be refunded the $200 protest and other team must forfeit If looses protest money will not be giving back.
Team Check all players must have on fully uniforms to get in free no exceptions.
Coaches must check in at the gym their first games being played at
only 2 coaches free per team.
All coaches must have books incase of protest Etc report cards, ID or birth certificates
All teams must fill out complete roster before first game
Please notes games will start early as 5pm Friday June 28th
Most teams traveling with in 120 mile radius will most lightly start games on

RULES Grades 1st-6th will play 2-12min halves stop clock Grades 7th-12th will play 2-14min halves stop clock Clock will stop on all dead balls, clock will only run if team up 20 or more points clock will stop again once lead cut under 15 points. Each time is granted 2 timeout per half no carry over Only one coach allowed to stand up. 7 team fouls 1 and 1 5 Fouls Out 10 fouls 2 shot bonus OT is 2min 2nd OT is first to score Each team will get 1 timeout for OT 2 technical fouls from coaches or player injected and suspended one game We have zero tolerance for fighting or arguing with refs any teams or players involved in fight will be force to forfeit no exceptions. Players must played at least one pool play game to play bracket play. All player must be on team roster players are not allow to play for two different organization in the same tournament. If this does happen during the tournament the team will forfeit no exceptions. Home team is listed at type and responsible for official books keeping both teams can have a book keeper at table as we strongly suggest. coaches must keep bands on at all times. Lost stolen or misplaced it will be a fee to replace the band no exceptions. BALL SIZE Boys 1st-6th 28.5 ball. Boys 7th-12th 29,5 ball All girls will play with 28.5 ball Home team responsible for game ball TEAM CHECK IN Each team will be given out 2 free bands per team during check-in. Coaches must check in at location they first game played at. All teams must fill out full rosters, their will be no adding players during the tournament. once roster turn in it final. Only coaches allowed to bring ball in gym
