Coaches there will be no changing of rosters or players cross playing on other teams in same divisions today!! Teams must play with same roster through playoffs and championship!!

Coaches, Court 3 will be played on Court #5 today

WELCOME TO WE HOOP ELITE BUMP N RUN!

COACHES:

All Coaches will be required to check-in prior to their first game. We ask all teams to arrive 30-45min before the start of all their games to insure all games start on time.

Coaches will receive 2 bands for the bench. If you have an additional coach they may purchase a third band for $15.

All courts will be covered with a clock operator and score keeper.

TEAMS/PLAYERS:

All players must show a uniform or accompanied by a coach for entry. Jersry must be a present a team particiapting in event or no entry!

Player/Coach ejections will result in a one game suspension (THE FOLLOWING GAME). Fighting will result in a n automatic removal from the tournament!

SPECTATOR INFO:

ONE DAY PASS: $20 (5yrs old & under free)
WEEKEND PASS: $30 (5yrs old & under free)

Seating and Concessions provided

• We expect ”POSITIVE PARENT PARTICIPATION” – simply stated parents must behave.
• As a coach and organizational leader we expect that all head coaches be responsible for parent behavior. If unable to control your parents we will have them removed with no refund.
• Verbal assaults, disruptive behavior, vulgarity, profanity and abusive acts towards the officials, staff, other spectators and players will be tolerated. Immediate ejection without refunds will be granted.
• The WE HOOP staff and officials will not communicate with parents about anything concerning the game, how its’ officiated, complaints about opposing coaches, etc. The head coach will handle all of these matters.
