SWOB - Summer League Venues

Hi coaches and parents, the updated post-season brackets have been posted. This is the final version of the brackets based on any conflicts that had been submitted, there will be no more changes going forward. If you have not yet confirmed your team's first game for the tournament, please do so by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can ensure there are not any no-shows/forfeits

The schedule for the summer league tourney is now posted. We want to remind everyone that is not seeded with exactness as we took into factor multiple things. Not having teams from same organization playing each other until semis, schedule requests that were sent in, overall results and so on.

Please look over the schedule and if there are any scheduling issues let us know by 9am Thursday. We will look at these and see if there is a possible change we can make. All games are being played at Landmark. You will be responsible for the referee fees at the start of each game.

Hi coaches. We have only had about 30 teams confirm whether or not they will be playing in our post-season tournament. If your team has not yet done so, please email jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your intentions for the tournament whether you plan on playing OR not

The summer league tourney will be held July 26th-29th, and will be played at Landmark. There may be games held on the 30th and 31st if needed. Please email jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com if your team will be playing or not

It is a one and out tourney, which coaches are responsible for the ref fees. The tourney brackets will come out around Tuesday, July 23rd. They will be SOMEWHAT seeded based on scores reported as of July 22nd. If you have scores not turned in and you won or lost email them to figmentsfotos@gmail.com with your Date, Location, Time, Division, Home Team Name & Score, Visitor Team Name & Scoreand we will get them entered.

WE NEED TO KNOW WHO IS IN AND WHO IS OUT FOR TOURNEY ASAP. IF YOU HAVE ANY SCHEDULING CONFLICTS ALSO SEND THEM TO US ASAP. IF YOU FORFEIT DURING THE TOURNEY AND TOLD US YOU WERE PLAYING YOU WILL STILL HAVE A FORFEIT FEE. SO GET THIS INFO TOGETHER TO US.

A final and updated version of the schedule was posted tonight. These schedules are to be followed as is. We allow you to pick up subs throughout the session so if you are short please find subs.

If you cannot make a game at this point you either:
1. Find subs to play for you.
2. Find a team to sub fo you or swap games and then let the league know of the change.
3. Pay $50 to have the league find a replacement for you with at least 48 hours notice.

Any issues that we have been notifed about for this Sunday are still being taken care of and will be updated as they are resolved.

This is still a very rough schedule and changes will still need to be made based on any conflicts, and additional teams added. Not all teams are scheduled, or have a complete 10-game schedule. If there is a conflict, please email it to both tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com by Thursday (June 13th) at 9:00 PM. If you are scheduled to play this coming Sunday (June 16th), please confirm you have received your scheduled game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name, division, and game time. We will be making changes to the rest of the schedule Thursday evening/Friday afternoon order to add the remaining games and help alleviate any conflicts that arise and a final schedule will be posted by Friday evening

Hi coaches and parents. The first version of the schedule has been completed. We will be reveiwing them tonight and they will be posted around lunchtime tomorrow (Wednesday), an email will be sent out at that time.

Hi coaches and parents. The full schedule has been postponed until Tuesday evening as we will possibly be adding 30-40 more teams to the league. We are releasing another weekly schedule now for Tuesday-Thursday for the teams that are in the league already, which can be viewed here, or on our website www.swohiosports.com. Teams scheduled for this coming Sunday, June 16th, will be on the full schedule released on Tuesday. If there is an issue with your game, please let us know by tomorrow (Monday) at 4:00 PM. If you are scheduled for the second week, please confirm you have received your game time by emailing both tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com your team name and division by tomorrow (Monday) at 4:00 PM.

We will send the second week's games out later today. There will be info regarding this when we send out the schedule.

The first version of the schedule will be posted on Tuesday evening. We will allow then 24-48 hours to let us know of any issues. We will then send the final schedule out on Friday of this upcoming week.

Make sure to have subs ready in the summer as we will be very strict on the reschedule policy. We have had too many forfeits and late cancellations this past spring. Everyone has busy summer schedules so be proactive with your teams each week to make sure you have enough for your games that week. If you don't get subs.

We still have 8 more days of spring league left so we have not started summer league schedule yet.

We will be putting the first week's schedule out later this Friday via email and then will do the complete schedule late next week. We usually will give everyone 48 hours to review the completed schedules and send us any potential conflicts you may have. We will try to adjust them if possible and then post the final version of the schedule around June 10th or 11th.

If you have any scheduling requests you need to get us please email them to tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com. Games will not start until at least Wednesday June 5th.
