Greetings BAM Jam teams and fans,
Here is a guide to the weekend including schedule information, a map, contest courts, food options, and precautions to beat the heat. You can find the guide on our Instagram page here:

It is going to be hot Friday night. Here are some suggestions to beat the heat and keep yourself feeling good!
· Stay in the shade before and after games.
· Make you stay hydrated! Drink water and electrolytes before, during, and after your games. Avoid soda. If you can bring a cooler with ice for your water, that is a great idea.
· Make substitutions often during your games.
· Wear sunscreen.
· LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If you feel faint or dizzy, seek shade and hydration immediately.
· Do not hesitate to use the St. Luke’s medical area as a resource.
Ultimately, we want everyone to stay safe and have fun! Prepare and take actions as needed.

Just a reminder that rosters will be locked in today (Thursday) at 7pm Mountain Time. After 7pm no roster changes will be permitted for any reason including injuries, family emergencies, etc. We recomend double checking with your roster that everyone is good to go so you aren't caught off guard.
Here is the link with instructions on how to make changes to your rosters. At this point, roster changes that would change your division (such as adding an older player to a youth team that would make the team division an age group older) are NOT PERMITTED.

Teams can check in before their first game at the Select Printing booth located near Indian Creek Plaza. You will be able to pick up your tournament t-shirts there.

General Information
Schedule released the Wednesday before the tournament.
Normal Deadline: July 20, 2024 (after the deadline, spots are only filled where available and with a $30 late fee)

YOUTH TEAMS: oldest player in the division based on their age on Augsut 3, 2024. For guidelines on the competition level for youth teams, click here to read.
For youth and high school divisions, the division should be the oldest player on your team. For example, if you have 1 12-year old, 2 13-year olds, and 1 14-year old, you are a 14U team team (we do not "average out" the team's grade). There are no exceptions to this rule.
Youth and High School teams will play Friday evening and Saturday. Adult teams will play Saturday and Sunday.
All divisions have certified officials.
