SWOB - Fall League

Hi coaches. As the season is coming to a close and we prepare for our post-season tournament, we will need to hear from each team on whether they plan to participate in the post-season tournament, or not. We will be holding the 7th-12th Boys and 6th-8th Girls divisions next weekend, October 25th-27th. We will be holding the 4th-6th Boys and 4th-5th Girls divisions on November 1st-3rd. Please email jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com as soon as possible on if your team will be participating or not

Hi coaches. We have only had about 20 teams confirm their updated schedule that was finalized yesterday. If you have not yet done so, please confirm you have recieved your final updated schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com. There have been many changes since the tentative schedule confirmations last week and we want to ensure all teams have received any changes to prevent any no-shows going forward

Hi Coaches and Parents.

A final and updated version of the schedule was posted tonight. These schedules are to be followed as is. We allow you to pick up subs throughout the session so if you are short please find subs.

If you cannot make a game at this point you either:
1. Find subs to play for you.
2. Find a team to sub fo you or swap games and then let the league know of the change.
3. Pay $50 to have the league find a replacement for you with at least 48 hours notice.

This is still a tentative schedule and changes may need to be made. Not all teams are scheduled, or have a complete 10-game schedule. If you are scheduled to play this coming weekend (September 14th/15th), please confirm you have received your scheduled game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name, division, and game time. We will be making changes to the rest of the schedule after this weekend in order to add any remaining games and help alleviate any conflicts that arise and a final schedule will be posted by mid-week next week
