Kings Fall Basketball Program Divisions

There is practice tonight from 4 - 6th grades from 6:00 - 7:30 on Landmark #1 with Coach Vilvens.

There is practice for 7 & 8th graders from 7:30 - 9;00 on Landmark #1 with Coach Head.

I wlll send an emil out later today to the high school group to form a team or send refunds. We still need two more and I thought I had a lead on two.

Hi parents, there was a mistake sent in the previous email for the Drills N Skill beginning tonight. There is no separate fee requried for Drills N Skills session if you are on one of our Kings teams. Drills N Skills are free for those players

Today is the first day of our fall drills n skills program at Landmark. Everything is held at 1600 Glendale Milford Rd in Evendale. Please have your child bring a ball with their name on it. Please get there 15-20 minutes early this week as we sometime get long registration lines the first week.

The sessions are the following:
6:00 - 7:00 Boys & Girls 4th grade and down
7:00 - 8:00 Boys & Girls 5th & 6th grade
8:00 - 9:00 Boys & Girls 7th grade and up

If you have not paid yet, or know someone else that would like to come, we do welcome walk-ups. You can pay $15 per week or $85 for all 8 sessions. We will see you tonight!

Hi parents. Please make sure you go to court 1 (the back court) for practice tonight. Shawn Vilvens will be coaching the first practice, and Tom Head will be coaching the second

Hi parents. Practice for the 4th-6th grade Kings teams will take place Wednesday's from 6:00-7:30 PM. Practice for the 7th and 8th grade Kings teams will take place Wednesday's from 7:30-9:00 PM. We are still short two players to have a high school team. We will let you know by the end of the week if we have enough for a team.

We will start practicing next week. Due to the heat this week, the coaches schedules, and an error in the registration app that missed some kids we decided it would be best to start next week.

The 3rd & 4th graders will probably practice on Tuesdays 6;00 - 7:30; the 5th & 6th graders on Wednesdays 6;00 - 7:30; and the 7th grade and up on Wednesdays 7:30 - 9:00. I am trying to finalize the rosters so I can verify this.

Drills n skills will start Monday September 9th and run for 8 Mondays concluding on October 28th. Each player is asked to bring a ball with their name on it and will be instructed whcih court to start on when they get there.

I will send rosters out this weekend, but there is only one team per age group so if you requested to be on teams together that will happen. I will also send the coahces contact info to you at this time. If you know anyone wanting to play still we have a couple spots open in certain age groups. I wanted to get everyone up to date. We have had several players trcikling in over the weekend still and are trying to get numbers verified. I will be getting with the coaches to see who can start this week and who wants to start next week. There will definitely be no practices Tuesday of this week. I will also send out the practice schedule moving forward Tuesday evening.

The skills training starts the week of September 9th. The 4th grade and down goes from 6 - 7, the 5th & 6th graders from 7 - 8, and the 7th grade and up from 8 - 9. All practices and sklils training sessions are held at Landmark.

Games will not start for these teams until after Sept 18. This allows the teams to get some practices together and for the coaches to get to know the kids. Schedules will be posted around September 10th.
