BY CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE IN A1 HOOPS EVENTS, YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT INJURIES AND DAMAGES CAN OCCUR BY NATURAL CAUSES OR BY THE ACTS OF OTHER PERSONS OR THIRD PARITIES, EITHER AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE OR BECAUSE OF OTHER REASONS. A1 Hoops is a media service and we will be taking pictures and videos posting to our social media sites. We market and promote players to be visible to college coaches. If your team or any athletes wish not to be in any footage. Please let us know prior to your first game.
