RULES
GRADE BASE TOURNAMENT PLAYER MUST PLAY GRADE THIER IN
PLAYER CAN PLAY UP BUT NOT DOWN
*Stop Clock 2-12MIN  or may be 2-18min Running Clock
*2 Timeouts per half 
*7 Fouls 1 and 1
*10 team fouls bonus
*OT 1min, 2nd OT Sudden Death first to score
*Only 1 Coach allowed to stand up
*5 foul out
*8min grace period from start of game
*All players and teams must have on matching uniforms
*Home team is listed at top and are responsible to take stats books
*Players can play up but not down in same organization
*Player can not play for 2 different organization in same tournament
*Players must show good sportsmanship at all times

ROSTERS
Players must be on final roster to play pool or bracket play
*Roster must be 5-12 players max

AWARDS
Awards will be giving out on Sunday for Championship games
1st and 2nd place. 
Gold and Silver Bracket winner in each bracket

BALLS SIZE
Boys grades 1st-6th - 28.5 Ball
Boys grades 7th-12 - 29.5 Ball
All girls will play with 28.5 Ball

COACHES
Must check in before start of game
2 free coaches band per team
Coaches must pick up bands at the location their first game being played at no excuses.
Coaches must conduct themselves at all times during the tournament 
2 technical foul coach will ejected from games 1st technical fouls coach must sit down
Coaches have the right to protest player or team protest fee is $200 
Coaches is responsible to have book at tournaments at all time incase of protest 

Spectators
Are not allowed to fuss at coach, players nor any other spectators
Are not allowed on court or near bench at anytime 
Must conduct themselves during tournaments 
No coaching from sidelines 
No arguing with ref or will be ask to leave the gym

ANY TEAM INVOLVE IN FIGHT WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT
