On behalf of Above All Sports we thank you for participating in the HUB CITY TIPOFF. 132 teams participated in the event from Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma and various cities in Louisiana. Coaches:

As a reminder:
1. You can ONLY check in to receive your coach's band at the location of your first game. If not, you will have to pay the door entry fee.
2. Players MUST have FULL uniform to enter at no cost. If no uniform, they must wait until their coach arrives.

We expecting plenty of spectators this weekend and appreciate your cooperation and assistance in this matter.

Coaches - The admission prices are included in rules but please forward this to your parents:

Admission:
- Fri ONLY: $10
- Sat: $20
- Sun: $20

Hello Coaches:

Please note we allow two (2) coaches per team maximum to receive the coaches bands. Any team with more than 2 coaches, the additional coaches will have to pay the door entry fee.

The coaches bands will be issued ONLY at the location of your team's first game, no exceptions. Armbands are to remain in tact for the entire weekend or you will have to purchase a new one.

Players MUST have an issued uniform to enter at no cost. If your team's uniforms are to be issued at the game, they will have to wait until the uniforms are available before they can enter.

Above All Sports takes pride in running first class events. We enforce a "ZERO TOLERANCE" policy where any player, fan or coach exhibiting negative behavior will be escorted out of the facility for the entire tournament. Our rules are strictly enforced to protect everyone in attendance. Please review our rules and reach out to us should you have any questions.

Coaches - Please review the list of teams and make sure your team is listed in the correct division. Please let us know as soon as possible if your team is not listed in the correct division.

Coaches - Effective tomorrow (Mon 4/7) morning at 8am we will start replacing unpaid teams with teams on the waiting list. We are currently over capacity and we must finalize the teams tomorrow so we can release the schedule on Tuesday 4/7 evening.

Also, we are planning to start games on Fri evening so please be prepared. Effective immediately we are no longer accepting scheduling requests. We will only honor scheduling requests previously submitted.
