The Ladies Hardwood “Girls” (National Qualifier) Documents

Hello Coaches and Team Managers,

We’re excited to welcome you to The Ladies Hardwood! Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for a smooth and successful event:


Event Overview:

• Dates: April 11-13th
• Location: Santa Fe Family Life Center
• Game Start: Games begin on April 11th at 6 PM.

Schedule Release:

• The tournament schedule will be available by Tuesday at midnight the week of the event in the OK Fadeaway Hoops app.


Scheduling Requests:

• If you have any scheduling requests, please submit them by Monday before the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made in advance.

Roster Submission:

• Update your team’s roster in Exposure Events by Thursday before the event.
• We’ve sent emails inviting you to join your team. Updating your roster is quick—only the first and last name of each player along with their jersey number are required. Contact us if you need assistance.

National Sports ID (NSID):

• Ensure all players are verified through NSID. Verification is required to ensure fair play and eligibility. Players without verification will NOT be eligible to participate if protested. Verify your athletes here: https://www.nationalsportsid.com/okfadeaway-age-grade-verification/


Jersey Requirements:

• Players must wear their jerseys to enter the facility.
• If you plan to hand out uniforms on-site, please meet your team outside the venue to distribute them before they enter.

Coach Wristbands:

• Each team will receive two wristbands for coaches at check-in. Wristbands are required for sideline access. Additional wristbands can be purchased in advance or on-site during check-in.
