Cross State Clash

Coaches, here are the rules for the Cross State Clash this weekend. A couple changes from previous years.
1. Games will be 18 minute halves now instead of 16. Clock only stops on free throws and time outs.
2. Mercy rule is in effect. If a team is up 20 with 2 minutes left, the game is over.
3. Teams will now be given 2 wristbands for coaches and 1 for the team scorekeeper.
